Mommy Issues (Vertical Series)
A bold, experimental vertical series that blends psychological tension with dark humor, Mommy Issues explores identity, perception, and emotional conditioning through an intimate, mobile-first lens. Using a confessional narrative style and controlled environments, the series draws viewers into a fragmented psychological landscape where reality is unstable and truth is constantly shifting.
Designed for contemporary audiences and festival platforms embracing innovation, Mommy Issues challenges traditional storytelling by merging format and subject—creating a deeply immersive experience that is as visually distinct as it is emotionally provocative.
HAPPY WOMENS HISTORY MONTH
As a woman filmmaker, I believe storytelling should create space for truth, reflection, and growth. During March and April—months dedicated to honoring women and raising awareness—Mommy Issues is presented as part of that conversation, exploring modern relationships, accountability, and self-worth through an honest and unfiltered lens.
This film invites women to not only watch, but to engage—to reflect, laugh, and recognize the patterns that shape our choices. It’s about choosing clarity over confusion and understanding the power of emotional awareness.
Gather your friends, start the conversation, and let this be part of a season where women are not only celebrated—but heard, seen, and evolving.

An Experimental Vertical Series
An experimental vertical series that fuses psychological tension with dark humor, Mommy Issues delivers an intimate, confessional narrative exploring identity, trauma, and perception. With its mobile-first design and fragmented storytelling, the series pushes the boundaries of format and perspective—offering a visually striking, psychologically layered experience built for festival recognition and forward-thinking audiences.
DIRECTOR'S STATEMENT
This film was never meant to be watched alone.
As a filmmaker, Mommy Issues began as a personal reckoning—but quickly revealed itself as something collective. These are the stories women carry, share in quiet conversations, and recognize without needing explanation. What started as a narrative became a mirror.
The watch experience is intentional. It creates space—not just to watch, but to engage. To reflect. To acknowledge the patterns we’ve seen, lived, and too often normalized. This is not about blame. It is about awareness. Technology may amplify behavior, but the deeper truth is human—and it is time we speak on it.
Designed for conversation and community, Mommy Issues invites audiences, festivals, and supporters to be part of something larger than a film. It is a moment. A dialogue. A shared recognition that resonates beyond the screen.
This is how stories travel. This is how impact grows.
Gather. Watch. Reflect. Share.
